Meet the Founder

Why I Created BE WELL CO.

I was the child who lived in hospital rooms with asthma.
The teenager allergic to everything.

For years, my body spoke loudly — and I didn’t yet understand the language.

As an adult, I began to see that many of my imbalances started internally and eventually expressed themselves externally. That realization shifted everything. While teaching yoga and dance, I started gardening. What began as curiosity became awakening. I discovered that herbs were not trends or trends reclaimed — they were true medicine. Mother Earth makes no mistakes.

The more I learned, the more I understood that wellness is not a phase or aesthetic. It is a lifestyle rooted in rhythm, nourishment, and daily choice.

I became an advocate for living holistically — without shame, without pressure, and without making others uncomfortable for choosing a slower, more intentional way of being.

BE WELL CO. was born from that journey.

Not just as an apothecary, but as a Ritual Lounge — a space where people could experience wellness, not just shop for it. A place to sip, blend, move, reset, and remember that caring for your body is sacred work.
